Behaviour of storage feeds

When the article that is copied to a Storage feed has a 'category', the category shows up in the Storage feed, too. Is this on purpose or would it be a pain in the neck to try and remove it? They show up in the exported RSS feed, too. It is somewhat annoying, but I'm just curious. And I know that I can edit the feed. :-)

Also, when a group is selected, articles have Storage feed icons, but when the feed is selected, they have their original icons. Articles in regular feeds do not have icons when a feed is selected. A little bit inconsistent and I have to know what to write in the Wiki. :-)
