Not sure if I've missed something but I cant seem to get rid of all the previous posts that I have read.

I am using Firefox3beta4 running on PCLinuxOS 2007 (fully updated). I have newsfox version 1.0 and I have the options in all feeds set with:

automatically delete old articles - ticked
do not delete unread - ticked
keep articles at least ?? days - unticked and blank

but all my feeds show old, read posts with one of them - www.go2linux.org - still displaying read articles going back to 16 Mar 2008. Why haven't these been deleted?
