Auto-Refresh and Refresh all feeds on Startup not working

These features used to work for me, then maybe a week or so ago they just stopped. Manual refreshing still works fine, but I'd prefer not to have to do that every hour or so.

I also had another issue where I was getting some sort of "factory" error (I'd copy the exact text if I still had it), but I managed to fix that issue by removing and reinstalling Newsfox. Luckily I backed up my feeds first.

Sadly the removal and reinstall didn't fix the refreshing issue.

Any suggestions?

I don't know about support being on holiday or anything, but as another user I would say that posting the exact configuration you are using might enable others to say whether they experience the same problem, too. For me 'Refresh all feeds on Startup' works perfectly on Firefox, Flock, SeaMonkey and K-Meleon.
